Enrolment Information

Enrolment terms and conditions

Re-enrolment from one term to the next is automatic. You will be invoiced for lessons at the beginning of each new term. By enrolling your child in Computer Gym you agree to pay your account in advance when due.

Your child will remain enrolled until the end of the year or until we receive advice of cancellation. Lessons can be cancelled at any time only by contacting Computer Gym by phone, mail or email. Computer Gym will not be held
responsible for messages passed through third parties. On receipt of cancellation advice we will cease lessons and refund fees for any unused lessons.

A place is held for your child even when they are absent. There are no refunds for single lessons missed but we will provide make-up lessons where possible.

Next Step

Because you were not able to provide a Lesson Code we are unable to provide specific details about your child’s lessons. Your enrolment request will be forwarded to the Computer Gym operator servicing the centre you typed in, or closest to your address. They will contact you to confirm the enrolment and allow you to ask any questions.

Payment

Lesson fees are just $12.50 per week (GST included). You will receive an invoice for the number of weeks remaining in the current term. Payment can be made by credit card via mail or phone, Direct Deposit or Bpay. Please note that we are unable to accept weekly cash payments. To reduce the workload on your child’s carer or teacher, we ask that you do not give payments to them.
